EDI/Customer Service Support Associate
The successful candidate will:
- coordinate EDI testing with new trading partners
- troubleshoot EDI transaction errors
- provide EDI support for customers and internal users
- act as the liaison between trading partners and internal EDI Manager
- process new EDI, web, and fax orders received from customers (including data entry)
- monitor orders to make sure shipments are made within shipping window
- provide customers with order status updates when necessary
- assist vendor partners with order completion questions when necessary
- provide prompt resolution to issues from customers
Do you have:
- an Associate’s degree or 3 years EDI work experience?
- at least two years’ experience and knowledge of EDI transaction sets 850, 810, 856?
- 3-5 years’ experience working with large retail customers from a Supply Chain Solution perspective
- superior communication skills
- the ability to commit to customer satisfaction
- excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- strong typing skills
- the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- experience working with Microsoft Office products and on the Internet
